Nutrition Objectives
- Increase access to health promoting
- Increase the proportion of mothers who breast-feed their infants and toddlers
- Reduce hunger and food insecurity in Cowlitz County
Physical Activity Objectives
- Increase number of physical activity opportunities available
- Increase number of active community environments
- Increase access to free or low cost recreational opportunities
Tobacco Objectives
- Reduce number of youth who are being exposed to second hand smoke
- Reduce number of youth who report having access to tobacco products
- Reduce number of women who indicate tobacco abuse during and after pregnancy
