FISH of Cowlitz County is an all-volunteer nonprofit that gives temporary emergency help to people in need. FISH will help people immediately. Hungry families can get groceries the same day they ask for them and a person who needs medication can pick it up shortly after calling FISH.

Food Boxes: Monday-Friday 9 am to 12 noon (Call first)
Limited to 3 times per month and emergencies.

Clothing/Personal Care: Mondays-Friday 1-4 pm (Call first for pick-up location)
Clothes for returning to work.

Health & Dental Services/Prescriptions: Monday-Friday, 1-4 pm (Call first for information)
Some dental emergencies & medical or prescription assistance.

Transportation: Monday-Friday, 1-4 pm (Call first for information)
