Since 1947, Cowlitz County Guidance Association has been caring for the community.  Throughout that time, our mission has been one of caring for people, with a special emphasis on people with mental illness and limited ability to pay.
Today, we have greatly expanded our customer and service base, with the same foundation of care for people and our community.

The Free Counseling Clinic is open 

Monday-Thursday: 2 to 6 pm
Friday: 10 am to 2 pm

Referrals are encouraged, however walk-in’s are welcome.

Open walk-in groups on Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 6 pm. Skill building for emotional regulation.
