GENERAL DENTISTRY

Predoctoral Student Clinic

This is the primary clinic in the School of Dentistry, educating students while providing professional-quality care for their patients. Patients are treated by students in their four-year dental education program, under the supervision of local practicing dentists. While this process provides excellent care for patients, it also leads to longer appointments due to the instructional process. As a result, care is also offered at a lower fee, usually ranging from one half, to two thirds of typical fees from private practice.

For more information on receiving care from our student clinic, please see their Admitting process here.

Faculty Dental Practice

Faculty Dental Practice is staffed by dentists & dental hygienists who are faculty members at the School of Dentistry. This clinic offers comprehensive general, preventive, & specialty dental service on-site at the OHSU campus. Their Dentists provide state-of-the-art care thanks to their extensive experience in both professional & educational dental fields. Care options, appointment times, & fees are comparable to private practice.

For more information on receiving care from our faculty clinic, please see the Faculty Dental Practice website for more information.
